Your Session
- Sessions are 60-75 minutes.
- Sessions are gentle, yet powerful. Self-care is of the highest importance. Stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session. Please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs prior to your session.
- Sessions are in-person or over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me immediately if you know you will be unable to make your scheduled time.
Appointment times are limited and I can most likely fill your session time with advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and "no-shows" are charged at 75% of the full rate.
When you book online it will show the full session rate. The discounted rate will be applied at the time of your session.
